June Favorites: Fashion and Beauty

June has flown by and I feel like in the blink of an eye, we are already long into July. I know this is a bit late, but I still wanted to share with you my June favorites. There’s been lots of new additions into my wardrobe, especially with color. I used to be much much more of a neutral gal, but recently fashion with a bit of color has caught my eye. Red and pink have been slowly, but surely taking over my whole wardrobe. Ok- I am exaggerating, but I have learned how to wear color and still feel like myself.

Enough blabber- on to the favorites.

Loeffler Randall Kenna Block Heel Mule

When I saw that this shoe came on sale, I immediately purchased it and then started thinking about what outfits these babies can spice up. I think a statement shoe is an easy way to make an outfit shine and you can keep everything neutral up top, which makes things easy. I love the heel height on these as well. Makes me a little taller without feeling uncomfortable.

RMS Living Luminizer

I never thought I would get into the highlight game. For me beauty is all about the no fuss look. The great thing is that this highlighter is super easy to use and gives you a very natural glow. Who’s going to miss the 3 seconds of their time it takes to put this on? The best part for me is that this highlighter was not greasy. Many that I have tried give me too much shine, which in turn makes my skin oily. Not cute.

Verb Leave In Mist

I am pretty minimal when it comes to my hair, but I do like to keep it looking healthy. This mist is fine and light- perfect for my hair type. It really nourishes the hair and I love the shine it puts back into my hair.

Mango Ruffle Top

Ruffles have been everywhere. From muted ones to statement ones, they can be seen on pants, skirts, and tops. I purchased this top (with a polka dot print… Sold out! ) and every time, I wear it I get so many questions about it. The top is comfortable and flowy, which is perfect for those hot summer days. Plus, something about the shoulder cutoffs gives it a certain sense of sex appeal.
