Spring is here and I am here to say bring on the sunshine! I have been collecting sunglasses for the past few years and am always getting told that I own a lot of different styles. Since the season for sunglasses is on its way I thought I’d share the shapes that I think everyone should have in their collection!
Round shaped glasses are another style that are easy to pull off for anyone. I chose these wire and acetate mixed pair from RayBan for the unique combo, but there are so many in different colors and sizes that you won’t be lacking in finding a pair for yourself. If you don’t want to splurge on a designer pair, &otherstories have great sunglasses that aren’t super cheap, but more affordable than going rouge with a designer pair.
This look isn’t for everyone, but I personally love trying out a quirky shape with a fun outfit. I think the white is a great pop for summer and they look super cute with dresses or a linen blazer and palazzo pants. Vacation vibes here I come!
This is probably one of my favorite shapes. It’s a shape I am ALWAYS drawn to. Whether it is a plain black frame or tortoise frame, oversized sunglasses go with any outfit. They looks so glamorous and chic and are perfect to cover up with for a day when you are hungover or not feeling too hot. 😉
When wearing a monochromatic outfit, a pop of color with an accessory is an easy and effortless way to pull an outfit together. These red babies have a more classic shape and the gold accents give a nod to the Hollywood era of the 1960’s.
A classic shape like a wayfair or aviator are an easy shape that any face shape can pull off. I grab these for any type of day whether I am taking a walk with my dog or grabbing lunch with a friend, they are a no-brainer type of sunglass style.
This shape can be done in a variety of ways and that’s what I love about it. You can go fully vintage or keep it more sleep and modern with a subtle cat eye. I chose to go with a slightly vintage shape that is very reminiscent of ones I have seen on Audrey Hepburn before. I like how lightweight these glasses are too, perfect for traveling!
