New York Fashion Week has come to a close and like every year my head is spinning with inspiration for the new season. Overall, I felt that this fashion week was really great and majority of the shows were well thought out. For those of you who may have missed any or simply want a quick recap, here are my favorites from this Spring 2018 New York Fashion Week.
A super sultry collection, I loved Nichols’ collection for a night out. Her dresses almost had a gothic vibe, but paired with a romantic twist her items felt more refined.
I have always been a big fan of Alicia + Olivia’s brand and this collection was everything I wanted and more. The collection was filled with florals, embroidery, vintage throwbacks and the perfect pop of orange. If I could buy everything, I would.
Think dreamy vacation wear- that is what Veronica Beard accomplished. I loved the simplicity of this collection and its wearability.
Full of beautiful silhouettes and structured shoulders, Zimmermann’s show embodied a spin on garden party attire.
What were your faves from the shows? What key trends are you hoping to incorporate into your next spring wardrobe? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Until next time,
